Since the very first moment, Michele took good care of us, she carefully listened to our likes and dislikes for the characteristics of the house we wanted. She promptly understood and shared with us details of potential buys. She diligently made the arrangements so we could see the houses we were interested in the short window our busy schedule allowed. She showed us several houses paying close attention to the details. Michele shared her valuable advice pointing out not only the good things but also the not-so-good things the houses had, such as materials and lay-out, she even gave us a good idea of how much modifying/repairing inconveniences would cost. Once we found the house we wanted, she was key in the negotiations and kept us in the loop at all times. We now have our beautiful house we enjoy every day.
