As we walked through each house, Michele was very knowledgeable in helping us to understand potential areas of concern as well as what elements of a home were of especial value. Her trained eyes caught things that we would have never known to look for. Once we found the home of our dreams, Michele negotiated every part of our offer to make sure we were getting the very best deal. As we moved toward closing, we ran into issues with the bank on the seller’s end. Things could very well have fallen through were it not for Michele’s persistent hard work in closing the deal.
